There are many characteristics that someone needs to have to deserve their own national holiday and Bob Marley has most of them. Bob Marley was a young African American singer who sang songs for what he believed in which was social rights. Bob Marley believed that everyone should be treated the same no matter what their race was. Bob Marley had many characteristics that made him deserve a national holiday.
Bob Marley was brave he made songs that stood up for racism. He would write and sing songs that stood up for what he believed in. Bob Marley did not care what people would think about his songs he just thought it was the right thing to do. Bob Marley was a very brave man and he’s songs backed it up.
Bob Marley was also a very loyal person he was very friendly and kind to others. He would always treat a person the same way he would want to be treated and his attitude reflected that. He was very good to his friends and family. He always mostly had a good attitude towards others. So that is another reason that Bob Marley should have his own holiday.
All in all Bob Marley was a very brave, loyal, and talented man and everything he did in life reflected that. So those are just three reasons why my social justice warrior Bob Marley deserves his own national holiday.
